• Traditional Handwork Classes – Making An Old-Style Palace Lantern - [Activities/Prices]

    Hanwork, in many cases is not that difficult as you imagine.

     

      

    Let’s experience the traditional handwork, by making an old-style palace lantern this time.

     

    You don’t need to have any experience, as we will guide you step by step. We provide various kinds paper-cut for you to decorate your lantern. And if you decide to give a free espression by paining, we also provide paints.

     

    Finally, you can either put a candle in, to make it become a portable toy for the kids, or easily install a bulb in, then it becomes an very unique lampshade for your home.

     

    Price RMB 150/person

    (Our price includes all materials for making one old-style palace lantern, one candale, traditional Chinese tea. But we do not include bulbs and wires)

     

    The handwork process needs approximately 4 - 5 hours. If one time is not enough, you are welcome to come again to continue. We do not charge extra cost, in addition we provide free traditional Chinese tea every time you come for the classes.
